Girls Hoops: Tift rebounds from losses, Defeats Fitz 67-52

Tifton – Julie Conner’s Lady Devils squad wanted to rebound from a rough weekend in Albany last weekend, as they played host to the Fitzgerald Lady Canes. This was the second meeting between the two teams, as Tift hosted the Zaxby’s Thanksgiving Classic, and defeated the Lady Canes 58-39.  Earl Brown’s squad has been ready to hit the hardwood, but the post-season football suspended the basketball season.  Playing Tift for the second regular season, the Lady Canes were 1-1, having beat region foe Berrien.
